Our Story

Building a community destination where agricultural heritage meets modern hospitality, with a mission to serve both locals and travelers.

It all started with the idea to create a warm and welcoming place for the community to gather together and build connections. In 2025, Scott and Faye Nelson joined forces with Matt and Stephanie Nelson to bring this vision to life.


The Bins Coffee & Spirits serves as a vibrant coffee shop, inviting cafe, curated spirits shop, and versatile events venue, with exciting plans to expand into lodging accommodations.


The Nelsons and their team are proud to invite neighbors and visitors to The Bins starting in the summer of 2026.
